What is the minimum age to work at FUNTRACKERS?
The starting age for our positions starts at either 16 years or 18 years of age depending on the nature of the job. Contact your FUNTRACKERS to find out more information.

What are FUNTRACKERS's Hours of operation?
Our hours vary by season. Select the "Hours" tab to find out more.

Is there a charge to get in?
There is no charge to get in. You simply pay for what you do.

Can I wear flip flops or sandals?
Yes, however we recommend closed toe shoes! Our dress code is as follows: shirt and shoes are required. No clothing which displays vulgar words or pictures inappropriate for a family fun center. No baggy saggy pants which allows the displaying of under garments allowed.

Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms are located to the right of the ticket redemption counter before exiting the back door which leads to the tracks.

Games, Attractions, and Game Cards FAQ

If I don't use all the money on my Game Card, do I get a refund?
There are no refunds on cards.

How long will my Game Card be good for?
Game Cards do not expire.

Can you check the balance on my Game Card?
Game Cards can be checked at any Kiosk or cash register.

Can you combine Game Cards?
Game cards can be combined at any cash register.

Can we purchase prizes from the Redemption Area?
Only tickets are accepted in Redemption Area, never cash or value on game cards.

What is the cost of FUNTRACKERS' games?
The costs vary in each location, but our games generally range from $.25 to $1.50.

How old do you have to be for the batting cage?
Kids of all ages are welcome to experience the batting cage. We do recommend that children under the age of nine be accompanied by an adult.

Birthday Party FAQ

Do I have to make reservations for a group or birthday party?
We do require a reservation. Our guests receive a larger discount for groups and birthday parties that book in advance with a deposit. We do not require a reservation for groups but our guests receive a large discount for groups booked in advance. We do require a reservation for birthday parties.

Can I bring in my own birthday/or other cake?
Yes, if you have a scheduled birthday party. No walk-in parties allowed, however, there is no deadline for booking a party.

Is there a minimum number of guests for a party package?
Yes, minimum of 10.
